Lake Leelanau has many vineyards/wineries close to the Village; it also has good restaurants and great antique shops. There is a boat launch in the Village of Lake Leelanau, located on South Lake Leelanau. Public beach on North Lake Leelanau is located west of the Village at the end of Popp Road.
