Tim began his real estate career in 2002 and is now Broker | Owner of Schaub Team Premier Realty. Over the years, he has managed an expansive range of real estate transactions.
Tim truly enjoys helping clients market, sell, and acquire real estate in Leelanau County. "It's very satisfying to help people find their perfect property", says Tim.
He specializes in waterfront properties, vacant parcels, and luxury homes. With an excellent understanding of client service, Tim has a great ability to consistently provide the expertise to close even the most challenging real estate deals. He is noted for having sold the largest real estate transaction to date in Leelanau for a property on North Lake Leelanau for over $4 million.
Tim is a lifelong resident of Leelanau County. After completing his primary and secondary education at St. Mary's in Lake Leelanau, Tim went on to college where he graduated with an Electronic Engineering degree. He and his wife, Lucy love the beauty of Leelanau and have been blessed to raise their family here.
When he's not working, Tim enjoys golfing, hiking, snowshoeing, downhill skiing, and the beauty of Lake Michigan and inland lakes.
