Stony Point Commerce Park is a commercial development just south of Suttons Bay with excellent visibility from M22 and an average daily traffic count of 6,882 (MDOT, 2017). The site plan allows for three additional stand-alone buildings with adjacent and ample parking for each. Each site can accommodate a building between 2,500 to 4,500 square feet. Buildings will be built-to-suit and the tenant has the ability to assist with the design.
The estimated lease will range between $16.50 and $20 per square foot.
The first building constructed in Stony Point Commerce was constructed in 2017 and now is home to Bonek Agency, Inc.
