You’ll receive an email and text message from CertifID. Simply snap a selfie and scan your ID. CertifID confirms your ID is legitimate and matches your image—helping prevent identity fraud at closing.

2. Secure Wire Instructions

Before any sensitive banking info is shared, CertifID verifies your identity. You’ll get a secure link to confirm who you are and safely exchange wire instructions—so your money goes where it’s supposed to.

Stay Alert—Only Trust Verified Communication

If you receive wire instructions outside of the CertifID system when Access is your title agency — don’t trust them. Even emails that look legitimate can be faked. Always verify through secure channels.
