2020 Another Record Year for Schaub Team Premier Realty

Schaub Team Premier Realty announced this week a record producing year. The year 2020 marked the third year since Schaub Team opened their own brokerage after spending many years in the real estate business. Highlights of the year included 117 transactions, a 33% increase over the year prior, and a total sales volume of over $60.3 million – topping their best year (2019) by a staggering 45%.

Home sales in Leelanau County have set an annual record - with two months to go in the calendar year. "It's not a surprise to me," said Tim Schaub, a Broker/Owner of Schaub Team Premier Realty with offices in Leland and Suttons Bay. "We've been really, really busy."

On May 7th, the real estate industry was able to resume work while adopting new safety rules and guidelines. Schaub Team continues to work from home while the "Stay Home, Stay Safe" Executive Order remains in place as an added safety measure for our team and their families. We are all excited to be back doing with what love “real estate in Northern Michigan“ and have been busy with new listing appointments, house, and property showings, writing and securing offers.
